Development of components for inspection and investigation within these sectors, utilising the significant engineering and re-engineering strengths of the business has allowed Burcas to retain an excellent reputation for quality supply and competitive component manufacture.

Supporting the medical component & equipment market sector has always been a high priority for Burcas Ltd. The development of a prosthetic limb and specialist tooling for hip joint replacement are typical examples of the contribution and capability available to this section of the Medical Industry, where high precision and complex manufacture are essential.

With the support of our sister company Newmax CNC Components, Burcas Ltd has been a major supplier in the bearing industry for the rail market. Volume turning and process treatments by Burcas and Newmax has supported an international Industry supplier to the rail markets. Inventory management also plays a significant part in this activity, ensuring that the end customer is never delayed. Burcas also supports General engineering, Diesel, and Motor industry projects across the country.
