Burcas LTD was established in 1941 and have been delivering world class engineering solutions ever since. We entered into the aerospace market back in the year 2000 following expansion of our CNC and precision machining capabilities.
Burcas ltd formed as a factoring, distribution business supplying files, drills, reamers and miscellaneous small tools to large engineering companies.
The manufacturing operation of Burcas Ltd was formed and specialized in metal cutting form tools for local motor industry engineering companies
Burcas Ltd continued to expand through investment in conventional machine tools such as lathes, milling machines and grinding equipment
The company consolidated market position for the Burcas range of manufactured products, reducing reliance on the distribution activity

Burcas Ltd entered the Aerospace market, converting the existing facility into a dedicated CNC machining operation. Equipment, skills and technology was enhanced to meet the industry demands and approvals.
Burcas Ltd acquired the assets of Newmax CNC Components in Hinckley near Birmingham. Newmax is a precision machining facility of high volume turned components for the Rail Industry. We also achieved the requirements necessary for AS9100 and has subsequently achieved revision 'C'
Considerable investment and Local Grants, supports the strategic growth plans for Burcas Ltd and continued machine tool investment provides the capacity and capability demanded by the Aerospace Industry. Considerable long term orders have been awarded on current aircraft programs.
Utilising our expertise with KANBAN in 2018 Burcas Ltd diversified into two new markets – Oil/Gas and Nuclear. This continued to support the growth strategy of Burcas Ltd for the future.
Burcas Ltd will continue to support our Kamban and specialist market customers for the foreseeable future. Focus will be made to strengthen the company's position within the Aerospace Industry for future growth.
